Products sold on 2M Data are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped, so postal shipping fees and transit times do not apply.

How Orders Are Delivered

After payment is confirmed, the digital product is made available through the download method described on the product page, the customer's account, or the order confirmation message, depending on the product and website configuration. Please ensure that the email address used at checkout is correct.

If a Download Does Not Work

If you have been charged but cannot access the file, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and purchase email. We will check the payment status and file availability and help resolve the issue.
